5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns of opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Card refunds are returned to the original card; cryptocurrency orders are refunded as store credit, because a confirmed blockchain payment cannot be reversed.
